Broker or agent?  Please know that federal regulations now require a Drone operator to have an FAA Part 107 remote pilot (drone) license if photos and videos taken by drone show up on your website, MLS, or any other promotional media in association with your business.

Having taught courses at Realtor Associations and spoken with many brokers and agents, it was discovered that most do not know of this requirement or the penalties associated with taking these photos and not having an FAA license.
